AI Features Terms

Version 1.0 - Effective 5 August 2026

These AI Features Terms form part of the Realytics Terms of Service and the Realytics US Enterprise Terms of Service (each, the "Agreement"). They apply to any feature of the Service that uses machine learning, generative AI, large language models, classifiers, ranking systems, forecasting models, recommendation systems or similar automated systems (the "AI Features").

Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Agreement.

1. Nature of AI Features

AI Features are designed to help users analyze market, location, brand, search, advertising, content, competitor and commercial data. They may generate summaries, explanations, forecasts, classifications, rankings, recommendations, charts, narratives, code snippets, formulas, reports and other outputs.

AI Features are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, biased, unsuitable for your purpose or misleading. They may produce fluent and confident statements that are wrong. Fluency is not evidence of accuracy.

AI Features are not professional advice. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, medical, credit, insurance, employment, regulatory or other regulated advice, and Realytics is not acting as your adviser, fiduciary, agent, representative or decision-maker.

2. Human Review and Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for all decisions, actions, omissions, publications, reports and client deliverables made or prepared using AI Features.

Before using, publishing, sharing or relying on AI-generated output, you must:

(a) review it substantively with a competent human reviewer;

(b) verify material facts, figures, sources, quotations and assumptions against independent sources;

(c) decide whether it is suitable for your context, audience, legal obligations and risk tolerance;

(d) apply your own professional judgment and, where appropriate, obtain advice from qualified professionals; and

(e) comply with the Agreement, this document, the Acceptable Use Policy and all laws that apply to your use case.

You must not use AI-generated output as the sole basis for a material business decision or for any decision that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning an individual.

3. AI Act Transparency and AI Literacy

Where the EU Artificial Intelligence Act or equivalent law requires that users be informed that they are interacting with an AI system, or that content has been artificially generated or manipulated, Realytics will provide appropriate notices, labels or disclosures in the Service.

You must not remove, obscure or alter those notices, labels, watermarks or metadata. Where you publish or pass AI-generated output to your own clients or other third parties, you are responsible for providing any downstream disclosure required by law, by contract, or by professional standards.

You are responsible for ensuring that your Authorized Users have an appropriate level of AI literacy for their role, use case and authority, including understanding the limitations of AI Features, the need for human review, and the restrictions in the Agreement.

4. Prohibited AI Uses

You must not use AI Features:

(a) for employment, worker management, hiring, promotion, dismissal, performance evaluation or workplace surveillance decisions about identified individuals;

(b) to evaluate creditworthiness, eligibility for insurance, housing, education, healthcare, public benefits, essential services, immigration, criminal justice or similar rights-affecting matters;

(c) to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects concerning an individual;

(d) as legal, financial, tax, medical, psychological, safety-critical or other regulated professional advice;

(e) to identify, profile, rank or target individuals based on sensitive attributes or special-category data;

(f) to generate or disseminate deceptive, defamatory, infringing, unlawful, discriminatory, harassing or manipulative content;

(g) to impersonate a person or mislead anyone into believing AI-generated content was created, verified or endorsed by Realytics or by a human when it was not;

(h) to create malware, exploit code, phishing content, spam, credential-harvesting content or other harmful material; or

(i) in any use case that would make Realytics the provider of a high-risk AI system or otherwise materially increase Realytics' regulatory obligations, unless Realytics has agreed that use case in writing.

5. Inputs, Outputs and Rights

You retain the rights you have in Customer Data and prompts you submit, subject to the licenses and restrictions in the Agreement.

Realytics retains all rights in Realytics Output, Aggregated Data, models, algorithms, methodologies, databases, metrics, indices, interfaces, Documentation and the Service. AI-generated output made available by the Service is Realytics Output unless the Agreement or Order Form states otherwise.

You may use AI-generated Realytics Output only as permitted by the Agreement. You must not use it to train, fine-tune, ground, evaluate, benchmark, prompt, index or otherwise support any third-party or customer-operated AI or machine learning system unless Realytics has expressly authorized that use in writing.

6. Third-Party AI Providers

Some AI Features may use models, infrastructure or services provided by third-party AI providers. Realytics will treat those providers as Subprocessors where they process Customer Personal Data on Realytics' behalf.

Realytics will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that third-party AI providers used for customer-facing AI Features do not use Customer Data or prompts submitted through the Service to train their own models, unless Realytics gives notice and the Agreement or applicable law permits that use.

Third-party AI providers may retain inputs and outputs for limited periods for abuse monitoring, security, debugging, legal compliance or service operation, subject to their agreements with Realytics and the DPA.

7. Model Development and Improvement

Realytics may use Aggregated Data, feedback, usage telemetry, prompts, instructions and other data to develop, test, validate and improve the Service and AI Features as described in the Agreement, DPA and Privacy Policy.

Realytics will not use Customer Data or data from Connected Accounts to train or fine-tune a general-purpose or generative model in a form that identifies you, an Authorized User, a Connected Account, your client or any individual, or in a form that discloses your Confidential Information to another customer.

Enterprise customers may agree stricter model-training exclusions or express opt-ins in an Order Form.

8. Beta AI Features

AI Features identified as beta, preview, experimental, early access, alpha or trial features are provided for evaluation only. They may be changed or withdrawn at any time, may not operate as described, may have lower reliability, and are provided without warranty, support commitment, service level or indemnity except to the extent the Agreement expressly states otherwise.

You must not use beta AI Features in production workflows or client deliverables unless Realytics expressly permits that use in writing.

9. Incident Reporting and Review

You must promptly notify Realytics at if you become aware that an AI Feature has generated materially inaccurate, harmful, infringing, unlawful or unsafe output, or if you believe an AI Feature has been used in breach of these AI Features Terms.

Realytics may review, restrict, suspend or disable AI Features or related accounts where it reasonably believes doing so is necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, platform compliance, third-party provider compliance or protection of Realytics and its customers.

10. Updates

Realytics may update these AI Features Terms in accordance with the Agreement, including to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, model behavior, third-party provider terms, or the operation of the Service.
