Text and Data Mining Rights Reservation Notice

Realytics reserves all rights in its websites, documentation, databases, data compilations, metrics, indices, reports, exports, screenshots, user interfaces, software, models, methodologies and Realytics Output for the purposes of text and data mining, scraping, crawling, indexing, machine learning, AI training, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, embedding, grounding, evaluation and similar computational uses.
No permission is granted to reproduce, extract, reutilize, store, cache, scrape, crawl, index, mine, train on, fine-tune on, evaluate against, benchmark against or otherwise use Realytics content or Realytics Output for those purposes except where Realytics has expressly authorized the specific use in writing.
This reservation is made under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and under all equivalent or analogous rights, exceptions, reservations and contractual rights available in any jurisdiction.
This notice supplements, and does not limit, the Realytics Terms of Service, US Enterprise Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, robots.txt, metadata, HTTP headers, API terms, technical controls and any license or agreement between Realytics and a user.
