Realytics for consultancies

You're the doctor. We're the thermometer.

A doctor needs a reading before the diagnosis. Realytics is the instant, independent consumer reading under your method — for the pitch, the market-entry study, the benchmark and the diligence read. Ready before the kickoff, defensible to the board, delivered under your name.

The thermometer and the doctor

We take the temperature. You make the diagnosis.

We don't do your job — we instrument it. Realytics measures what consumers do and say, immediately and independently. The diagnosis and the cure stay yours: your method, your judgment, your client. We make sure the reading under them is fresh, independent and defensible.

The thermometer — Realytics

We measure, immediately

Public, aggregated consumer signal on any market, sector, brand or target — refreshed weekly, set against a named field with a margin of error. A reading you'd otherwise wait weeks and six figures for, ready before the kickoff. We take the temperature; we don't pretend to be the doctor.

The doctor — you

You diagnose and treat

Your framework, your judgment, your recommendation, your client relationship. We hand you the reading your diagnosis stands on — so the engagement is spent on the cure, not on hunting for the data or defending where it came from.

Immediately, not in weeks

Commissioned research runs weeks to months and six figures; a syndicated tracker is a year old. The reading is current and ready before week one — so the engagement starts from evidence, not from a data-gathering phase.

Independent of the client's dashboard

The reading doesn't come from the client's own systems, or from you marking your own homework. It's public, aggregated consumer signal — the unconflicted second opinion a board and an investment committee trust.

You keep authorship

We're the instrument behind the work, never a logo on the client's slide. The study, the diagnosis and the relationship stay yours; co-branding is your call, with recorded authorization.

Start with the engagement in front of you

Win it, read it, or stress-test the deal.

Pick the job: the question you're answering right now, and how the reading answers it — across any sector and geography, on the engagement clock.

“How do I win the pitch — and scope it right?”

Before the first client meeting, know their pain points, the questions to ask, and where to push.

  • Walk in already knowing the problemThe client's competitive gap and what their customers say, before the kickoff — so you pitch insight, not a credentials deck.
  • Know what to ask, and where to pushThe pain points the reading already surfaces — so your discovery questions land and the scope is right from day one.
  • De-risk the kickoffStart the engagement from evidence instead of spending week one rediscovering what the reading already shows.

“What's the diagnostic under the study?”

Benchmark a market against real peers, separate product from execution, and read perception — defensibly.

  • Benchmark against the real peersA named comparison set and a margin of error on every number — so the study holds when the board pushes back.
  • Product or execution?Separate what's wrong with the offer from what's wrong with the operation — so the diagnosis aims where the problem is.
  • Perception, by market and segmentHow consumers actually rate the client against the field, city by city and segment by segment.

What you can ask

The whole catalogue, pointed at the engagement.

No narrow "consultancy tool" — the same reads that serve operators, FMCG brands, property funds and ministries, pointed at whichever client, sector, market or target the engagement is on. Pick the job.

Win the engagement

Walk into the pitch and the first client meeting already knowing their market.

Pitch on insight

Lead with the problem, not the credentials

Competitive perception by attribute — the client's own customers against the field — so the pitch opens with the problem you've already found, not a capabilities deck.

The questions to ask

Walk in knowing where to push

The pain points the reading already surfaces, so your discovery is sharp, your questions land, and the scope is right from day one.

Before the kickoff

Evidence ready in days, not weeks

A reading ready before week one — not the weeks a commissioned study takes — so the engagement starts on diagnosis, not on data-gathering.

Take the reading

The diagnostic under the benchmark, the transformation, the strategy.

Benchmark

Set the client against its real peers

Performance and perception against a named comparison set, with a margin of error on every number — the defensible base a board diagnosis stands on.

Execution vs product

Find what's actually broken

Separate the offer problem from the operation problem, so the diagnosis and the roadmap aim where the gap is — not where the client assumes it is.

Perception by market & segment

Read where the client lands differently

How consumers rate the client city by city and segment by segment, so the strategy concentrates where the gap to the field is widest.

Size the move

Where to enter, where the whitespace is, what the demand will bear.

Rank the markets

Order the entry by real demand

Candidate markets ranked by real consumer demand against the supply serving them — the evidence under an entry, expansion or rationalisation recommendation.

Find the whitespace

Point at the opening

The catchments and occasions where demand out-runs the supply serving it, so the recommendation aims at the gap rather than the crowd.

Price & value perception

What the market will accept

Consumer price and value perception, so the pricing recommendation rests on what consumers actually signal.

The deal read

An independent consumer read on a target, a sector or a portfolio — before the decision.

Unconflicted

A second opinion off the target's books

A consumer read that doesn't come from the target's own systems — the independent check an investment committee or a board trusts.

Against the field

Read the target against its peers

Competitive standing, execution gaps and trajectory versus the real peer set, before the investment or the recommendation is made.

Red flags early

See the slip before the financials do

Where consumer standing is slipping, saturating or migrating to a challenger — the early warning that doesn't yet show in the numbers.

The reading under the engagement

Reads a consultancy walks in with, anonymized.

Four consumer reads built alongside advisory, strategy and intelligence firms — anonymized, engagement-ready. Each is a different engagement type: benchmark, market entry, diligence, transformation. In each one, Realytics takes the temperature — the firm makes the diagnosis.

A global strategy consultancy × a European F&B client · named European field

The coffee heartland lost its own category to its neighbour.

France Overtook Italy In 2022 +128% Stores, Falling Score Demand Sits In Poland

A strategy firm needed a defensible European coffee benchmark for an F&B client and asked the obvious question: where does the category sit best? The instinct says the espresso heartland. The reading says the opposite — and it's moving. In 2020, Italy outscored France on store-weighted satisfaction. By 2025, France leads Italy by about eight points. Italy's score fell as it nearly doubled its store count at stable prices. Meanwhile France, which captured the satisfaction lead, also runs more than twice Italy's consumer footfall per store — the crossover is demand, not just reputation. The live demand density sits furthest ahead in Poland, where footfall per store runs roughly 2.6 times Italy's. The centre of gravity moved before the client would have seen it.

The reading
The instinct — the heartland leads

You'd bet on Italy

Italy and Spain are where the coffee ritual was perfected. Any European benchmark, unexamined, assumes they sit at the top — and would never reach for France or Poland as the leaders.

The signal — a sustained crossover, satisfaction and demand

France overtook Italy in 2022 — on satisfaction and on footfall per store

In 2020 Italy (85.0) led France (80.7) by more than four points. France crossed above Italy in Q2 2022 and has held the lead by roughly eight to nine points every quarter since — France at 84.3 by 2025, Italy at 76.2. Italy's score fell while it added more than 9,900 stores; average spend held flat at roughly 12–13 euro; footfall per store didn't move. It is not a price story. It is an over-expansion story — and France, which captured the satisfaction lead, now draws more than twice Italy's consumer demand per store (13.8 vs 6.6). The reputation crossover and the demand crossover are the same event.
